Morning: After breakfast at the hotel we meet you at the hotel lobby and start driving 1.30hrs (70km) to KOULEN WATERFALL MOUNTAIN. Kulen Mountain was the birth place of Angkor. The mountain is revered by Khmers and regarded as a sacred place. It is here that King Jayavarman II in 9th century proclaimed himself as a divine universal ruler and chose Kulen Mountain as his administration center to rule the Kingdom of Khmer Empire. You will have opportunity to pray to the huge reclining Buddha satue which as built on the top of a natural huge rock. Walking around to see the One Thousand of God Siva's Linga and Yoni of Goddess Uma (Linga, literally means: male symbol, Yoni means: femenin symbol). Then you may enjoy your swimming in the water fall.
Noon: We drive down and take a break for lunch in the local restaurant.
Afternoon: After lunch, we continue the sighseeing to visit the FLOATING VILLAGE OF KAMPONG PHLUK in Tonle Sap great lake of Cambodia. Tonle Sap is the largest and rest water lake in South-east Asia. The area of the lake changes six time a year because of the monsoon season. Take a boat ride to a fishing village to observe the local lifestyles. Kampong Phluk is a cluster of three villages of stilted houses built withing the floodplain of the lake. The villagers are primarily Khmer and have a bout 3,000 inhabitants between them. Flooded mangrove forest surrounds the area and is home to a variety of wildlife including crab-eating macaques.
Evening: We drive back to the town and transfer you back to the town and overnight on your own.
